Serfio graduated in industrial engineering in Venezuela where he worked for 8 years in oil and gas installations. He continued his education and experience on major projects in mining and metals and other industries and now has more than 18 years’ experience in engineering, construction and project control in Canada and Asia.

When asked about what he is passionate about, he answers:

“What I love about my work is driving an idea into an achievement and creating value through teamwork.”

Ajay, a Health and Safety Professional with 14 years in the mining and metals industry, has worked in India, Malaysia and the Middle East. He has an executive MBA and an international diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from British Safety Council.

“I love my work because it gives me the opportunity to explore, learn and develop skills. It makes me happy to share my knowledge with my colleagues.”

Léo has more than 40 years’ experience in construction management on projects in Canada and the USA.

When asked what he is passionate about, he answers:

“I compare a project to a mushroom, which grows overnight. You begin a project, with a skeleton group of dedicated people, and transform a site from bare ground to a design facility. I appreciate working with people who mobilize to projects and sharing experiences with them.”
