Simon brings extensive industrial experience in Project Controls and Project Assurance and delivery across the EPCM, EPC and Owner environments in many industries, including Oil & Gas, pipelines, mining, and metal processing industries. He has developed and implemented processes for effective project governance and execution, including Stage Gate and Decision-Based Planning methodologies. With a strong IT and software development background, Simon has created, contributed to, and implemented applications for procurement, document management, manpower planning, cost control, accounting, HR, and Commissioning and Operational Readiness web-based solutions. Known for his expertise in project definition, change management, quality assurance, and risk management, Simon ensures projects are successfully delivered on time.
