Benchmarking of Women In Mining Brasil – Brasil’s ESG Committee

On September 2nd, Progesys had the honor of sponsoring the 1st Face-to-Face Benchmarking of the Women In Mining Brasil – WIM Brasil ‘s ESG Committee, in IBRAM – Instituto Brasileiro de Mineração, coordinated by our ESG director, Debora Neves.

With the opening of the CEO of Progesys LATAM Juliana Junqueira the meeting was marked by exchanges of experiences, inspiring practices and connections, bringing together professionals committed to ESG transformation in mining.

With the theme “From the mine to the board table: Women who transform ESG”, the event was attended by the first indigenous geologist in the country, Cisnea Menezes Basilio, and also great professionals such as Thais Porfirio, Ana Abreu, Tania Zambelli, Denise Schwantes, Juliana Bedoya and Natascha Schmitt The unprecedented presence of men allied to WIM Brazil was also highlighted, such as Francisco J., Rafael Benke and Rogério Galvão.
