PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia – Consultation en Gestion de projet

PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (PT BAI) appointed in mid-2019 a Consortium, formed of three companies, for Project Management (PM) consultancy services. The companies manage the development and execution of a one Million ton per annum (MTPA) smelter grade alumina refinery, a 2×40,000 normal cubic meter per hour (Nm3/hr) coal gasification plant and a 3×25-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant.

PROJECT SCOPE

• 1 MTPA alumina plant (inclusive of 2×40,000 Nm3/hr coal gasification plant and 3x25MW power plant) .
• Transportation works between the port and the plant.
• Tailing’s system (includes a red mud stockyard, a road from the stockyard to the plant, a piping network and associated facilities).
• Intake water system.

SERVICES OFFERED:

• Full Project Management (PM) Consultancy (PMC) services provided by the Consortium.
• Evaluation of the EPC engineering, procurement and construction works.
• Monitoring major equipment supply.
• Risk management and overseeing the site construction and commissioning.
