Who we are
We are open-minded people who change the world one project at a time through our talent, diversity, and a passion for new ways to do things better.
Our story
Progesys was founded over 20 years ago as a multidisciplinary project management firm, delivering industrial projects in mining, metals and oil and gas industries. Today, Progesys serves an international range of markets that spans from its origins in the aluminum industry to energy, hydrocarbons, mining, infrastructure, transportation and more. It blends management capacity with field technical know-how to make the client’s vision a successful reality.
Progesys was founded in 2003 and the goal was to build a company that would help project owners achieve better projects. With expertise in the aluminum industry, the company’s strategy was to give project owners what they needed most: efficient project management to define and execute plus a successful transition from Construction to Operation.
Beginning with a small office and team, the breadth of capabilities and the number of employees has since grown to deliver projects around the world and establish permanent presence in the USA, Canada, LATAM, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The services and the business model represent the founders’ vision of what makes projects great.
The future looks bright for Progesys with a brilliant team that shares vision and values. Leading by example, being open-minded, valuing life and resources, and cherishing moral and ethical principles remain the fuel to propel ourselves and our clients forward in every field.
We have earned a reputation for always delivering on our promises: to get things done, be responsive, and foster a professional and fun work environment.
