DESCRIPTION

Air Liquide Canada, is a leading Canadian producer and distributor of industrial and specialty gases, serving more than 110,000 customers, coast-to-coast. Those customers are spread across a wide range of industries, from oil and gas, mining, automotive, aeronautics, metallurgy, metal fabrication to chemical and agri-food industries. 

PROGESYS provided project management services as an owner representative by assigning resources who integrated and complemented the Air Liquide project team in Houston, Texas.

  • Developed a detailed schedule for the approved scope and preparation of the staffing plan 
  • Reviewed the engineering packages and schedules 
  • Supervised and managed the contractor work
