Sustaining & Maintenance Projects – SUNCOR

DESCRIPTION

For several years since 2009, PROGESYS has provided project cost control, planning, and construction management services to Suncor for the execution of maintenance and expansion projects. The services have included project cost control, overall planning of annual project activities, and the preparation of detailed planning to support project teams. PROGESYS’ construction supervisors and coordinators worked within the Suncor construction management team to supervise and manage construction activities.

SERVICES OFFERED

• Worked within the owner team to plan all the sustaining and maintenance projects
• Monitored the engineering progress and managed the construction works (FEED, detailed engineering, construction)
• Provided construction management and supervision of contractors
• Assisted in project cost control and in the review of project cash flows.
