Our projects

In 2021, PROGESYS was mandated to provide pre-operational verification (POV) and commissioning services for two generators located at the Katinniq Power Plant in the Raglan Mine.

PROGESYS provided project management services as an owner representative by assigning resources who integrated and complemented the Air Liquide project team in Houston, Texas.  

Vale contracted PROGESYS for support in planning, management, and execution for the POV and Commissioning of their Phase 2: Expansion. 

PROGESYS mobilized a team of engineers and commissioning technicians to McInnis Cement’s Port-Daniel-Gascons Cement Plant Project, estimated at USD 1.5 Billion, in Gaspésie (Quebec), to plan, manage and supervise POV, commissioning, and start-up phases.

PROGESYS’ leading team implemented the CommissioningForce software to track the shutdown activities and to manage deficiencies encountered during the POV and the commissioning of the indurating machine of the pellet plant. 

PROGESYS lead Construction and Commissioning Management for Domtar’s Woodroom and Woodyard Modernization Project in Windsor, Ontario (Canada).

ArcelorMittal Mining Canada (AMMC) mandated PROGESYS to establish and implement Project Management Office (PMO) for their CAPEX portfolio holding more than 100 projects.

PROGESYS commissioning services were mandated by Suez to expand Edmonton’s organic waste processing capacity at the High Solid Anaerobic Digestion Facility.
